Quick answers for parents
Frequently asked questions
What ages do you teach?
Classes start with Mommy & Me for ages 18 months to 3 years with a caregiver and Preschool for ages 3 to 4 years 11 months. Cheer 101 is for ages 5 and up. From there, athletes move up through Beginner, Intermediate, Tucks & Up and Advanced Tumbling, and can join an all-star team.
Does my child need experience?
Not at all. We have classes for true beginners as well as athletes who are ready to keep building skills. Our coaches meet every athlete where they are.
How does the free trial class work?
New members can try one full tumbling class free. Fill out the free trial form and we'll reach out to match your athlete with the right class and time. No payment and no long-term commitment required.
What should my athlete wear and bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle are a great place to start. We'll share any class-specific guidance before the first visit.
How do I register and pay?
Registration, billing and your family account all run through our SportsEngine Motion parent portal. Open the parent portal.
How much is tumbling tuition?
Tumbling classes are $65/month. Sky team members get Walkovers 101 and Back Handsprings 101 for $58.50/month. Mommy & Me is $48/month and Cheer 101 is $75/month.
How much do all-star teams cost?
Monthly tuition for the 2026–27 season (June 2026 to May 2027) depends on the team: $150 for Gatsby Girls and Glimmer, $205 for Glitz, $255 for Royale and $275 for Lady Lace, Prestige, R3ign and Lady Luxe. Registration runs through our SportsEngine Motion parent portal. See every team's practice times.
How do all-star tryouts and team placements work?
Team placement is about so much more than simply looking at an athlete's highest tumbling skill! Coaches consider age, tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance, performance, consistency, coachability, work ethic, and overall team fit. Most importantly, we are building teams, not simply ranking athletes. An athlete may have a higher tumbling skill but still be the best fit for a different team based on stunt groups, positions, age, size, strengths, and what the overall routine needs. Every athlete brings something different to the floor, and our goal is to place each athlete where they can grow, contribute, be challenged, and be successful as part of a team. Team placements for the new season will be in May of 2027.
